R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE R EVISED
W ETLAND R EPLACEMENT P LAN A PPLICATION FOR
C REEK R IDGE OF P LYMOUTH
SE 1/4, S ECTION 5, T118N, R22W
WHEREAS, Lennar Corporation has submitted a wetland replacement plan to the City of
Plymouth replacing impacted wetlands for the Creek Ridge of Plymouth development at a 2:1 ratio; and
WHEREAS, the proposed plan replaces the previously approved submittal for onsite
mitigation; and
WHEREAS, Lennar Corporation has purchased 19,423 square feet of wetland credits
from wetland bank #1410; and
WHEREAS, Lennar Corporation proposes to purchase 21,896 square feet of wetland
credits from wetland bank #1444; and
WHEREAS, Lennar Corporation proposes to purchase 8,873 square feet of wetland
credits from wetland bank #1389; and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the filling of wetlands and the Wetland Replacement Plan application for the Creek
Ridge of Plymouth development is approved and subject to the following condition:
1. The developer shall submit a fully executed Application for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits
from the Minnesota Wetland Bank.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 8th day of October, 2019.
