R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-242
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING “N O P ARKING” R ESTRICTIONS FOR R OADWAYS
WITHIN THE S EVEN G REENS D EVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, due to the narrower street design used in this development and the need to permit
access for larger vehicles, including emergency vehicles; and
WHEREAS, to provide for the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the
public, the City Engineer has recommended that “No Parking” signs be placed at certain locations in the
Seven Greens Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the installation of “No Parking” signs is authorized at the following locations in the
Seven Greens Development:
1. The south side of 50th Place North, west of the Terraceview Lane North, including the
outside of the 50th Place North “Friendship Green,”
2. The south, east and west sides of the 50th Place North “Friendship Green,”
3. The outside of Terranceview Lane North “Friendship Green” at the intersection of 51st Place
North and Terranceview Lane North,
4. The west side and south side of Terranceview Lane North, north of 51st Place North up to
52nd Avenue North,
5. The northeast and east side of Upland Court North from Upland Lane North to 52nd Avenue
North,
6. The north and west side of Upland Lane North from 51st Place North to Terranceview Lane
North,
7. The south side of 52nd Avenue North from Upland Court North to Upland Lane North, and
8. The outside of 52nd Avenue North “Friendship Green”.
