R ESOLUTION A PPROVING E NCROACHMENT A GREEMENT FOR A P AVER P ATIO AND D ECK
WITHIN THE D RAINAGE AND U TILITY E ASEMENTS ON THE P ROPERTY
LOCATED AT 14325 44 TH A VENUE N ORTH
WHEREAS, Stephan and Suzanne Gale, property owners, have requested the City to approve an
encroachment agreement allowing a paver patio and deck to remain within drainage and utility
easements at 14325 44th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the paver patio and deck within
the easements and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, the owner’s properties are legally described as: Lot 3 Block 5 Kingsview
Heights 2nd Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the encroachment agreement which will allow the paver patio and deck in the
drainage and utility easements at 14325 44th Avenue North is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 27th day of August, 2019.
