R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-234
R ESOLUTION R EJECTING A LL B IDS AND R ESCINDING P REVIOUSLY A PPROVED R ESOLUTIONS FOR
THE V ICKSBURG L ANE P AVEMENT R ECLAMATION AND F ERNDALE R OAD M ILL AND O VERLAY
P ROJECT (ST199005 & ST199002)
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Vicksburg Lane Pavement Reclamation and
Ferndale Road Mill and Overlay Project, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to State law, and
the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

Engineers Estimate $3,246,764.96
WHEREAS, the second action of Resolution 2019-164 declared August 13, 2019 as the date of the public
improvement hearing for the project; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 2019-167 declared the costs to be assessed for the project and ordered
preparation of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 2019-168 declared August 13, 2019 as the date of the assessment hearing for the
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. All bids for the Vicksburg Lane Pavement Reclamation and Ferndale Road Mill and Overlay Project are
rejected.
2. Resolutions 2019-167, 2019-168, and the second action of resolution 2019-164 are rescinded.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of August, 2019.
