RESOLUTION No. 2013-122
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ON -SALE WINE AND 3.2 LICENSES FOR
BAJA SOL PLYMOUTH LLC, D/B/A BAJA SOL TORTILLA GRILL,
10100 6TH AVENUE NORTH, SUITE 102
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for on -sale wine and 3.2 licenses from Baja Sol
Plymouth LLC, d/b/a Baja Sol Tortilla Grill, 10100 6th Avenue North, Suite 102; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the on -sale wine and 3.2 licenses are hereby approved for
Baja Sol Plymouth LLC, d/b/a Baja Sol Tortilla Grill, 10100 6th Avenue North, Suite 102. The liquor
licenses will be issued for the period through January 31, 2014.
