A RESOLUTION TO
TERMINATE THE WATER QUALITY POND MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT FOR CASCADES (2002058)
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Cascades to terminate the Agreement
Regarding Water Quality Treatment Ponds, dated February 4, 2003 and recorded on May
21, 2003 as Document Number 8050341 in the office of County Recorder of Hennepin
County; and
WHEREAS, the petition has gone through the review process established by the
Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the petition is eligible
and meets all the necessary requirements of the Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the petition to
terminate the water quality pond maintenance agreement for Cascades (2002058) is granted.
The water quality treatment pond agreement for Cascades (2002058) is terminated.
