C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-212
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR C ITY C ENTER 2.0
AND A UTHORIZING R EQUEST FOR P ROPOSALS
WHEREAS, in February 2019, the City of Plymouth applied for a community works corridor
planning grant from Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, in May 2019, the City of Plymouth received approval for a community works corridor
planning grant from Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has prepared a scope of work to develop a renewed vision for
City Center in conjunction with Hennepin County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the scope of work is approved and staff is authorized to prepare Request for
Proposals.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of July, 2019.
