HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2019-211 C ITY OF P LYMOUTH R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-211 R ESOLUTION T ERMINATING A 1987 C ONDITIONAL U SE P ERMIT THAT ALLOWED A C ONVENIENCE C ENTER LOCATED AT 4090 A NNAPOLIS L ANE (86139) WHEREAS, in 1987 the City of Plymouth adopted Resolution 87-152 approving a conditional use permit application by Crow-Plymouth Land Limited Partnership that allowed a convenience store with gas pumps on the property located at 4090 Annapolis Lane; and WHEREAS, 4090 Annapolis Lane is legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Business th Center 4 Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, in 2019 the building was removed from 4090 Annapolis Lane, thereby, making the conditional use permit and variance no longer needed; and WHEREAS, Ryan Companies US, Inc. (the current property owner) is requesting that the City terminate the 1987 conditional use permit at 4090 Annapolis Lane so the conditional use permit can be removed from the certificate of title. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the 1987 conditional use permit authorized under Resolution 87-152 that allowed convenience store with gas pumps on property located at 4090 Annapolis Lane.
