HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2019-210 C ITY OF P LYMOUTH R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-210 R ESOLUTION T ERMINATING A 1985 C ONDITIONAL U SE P ERMIT AND V ARIANCE THAT ALLOWED A M ULTI U SE R ETAIL AND S ERVICE F ACILITY LOCATED AT 5090 A NNAPOLIS L ANE (84023) WHEREAS, in 1985 the City of Plymouth adopted Resolution 85-196 approving a conditional use permit and variance application by Dale Berthiaume that allowed a multi-use retail and service facility on the property located at 4090 Annapolis Lane; and WHEREAS, 4090 Annapolis Lane is legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth th Business Center 4 Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, in 2019 the building was removed from 4090 Annapolis Lane, thereby, making the conditional use permit and variance no longer needed; and WHEREAS, Ryan Companies US, Inc. (the current property owner) is requesting that the City terminate the 1985 conditional use permit and variance at 4090 Annapolis Lane so the conditional use permit and variance can be removed from the certificate of title. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the 1985 conditional use permit and variance authorized under Resolution 85-196 that allowed a multi-use retail and service facility on property located at 4090 Annapolis Lane is terminated.
