R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-208
R ESOLUTION D ESIGNATING C ONSULTING E NGINEER FOR THE
2020 S TREET R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT (ST209001)
WHEREAS, the 2020 Street Reconstruction Project is listed in the proposed 2019-2023 Capital
Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to two engineering firms that have expertise to
deliver the project; and
WHEREAS, two proposals were received and evaluated by city staff; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends WSB & Associates, Inc. be designated as the consulting engineer
for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that WSB & Associates, Inc. is designated as the City’s consulting engineer for the 2020
Street Reconstruction Project (ST209001) in the amount of $398,966.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding for this project shall be from the Street Reconstruction
Fund ($5,080,000), special assessments ($1,312,000), Water Fund ($1,500,000), Water Resources Fund
($10,000), and Sewer Fund ($10,000).
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of July, 2019.
