R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-204
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING E XCEPTION FROM S ECTION 2005.13
OF THE C ITY C ODE ALLOWING L IQUOR C ONSUMPTION AT THE
H ILDE P ERFORMANCE C ENTER
WHEREAS, per Section 2005.13, Subd. C of the City Code, possession, sale, or consumption
of liquor at the Hilde Performance Center is prohibited unless authorized by Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth based Daikin Applied has reserved this facility for a private corporate
event for employees and families on July 26, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. where liquor
consumption is desired; and
WHEREAS, Daikin Applied will be using a State licensed liquor caterer for the event so no
City issued licensed would be required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the exception from Section 2005.13, Subd. C is approved for an event to be held
at the Hilde Performance Center on July 26, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of July, 2019.
