HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2019-197 C ITY OF P LYMOUTH R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-197 R ESOLUTION O RDERING I MPROVEMENT FOR THE 2019 M ILL AND O VERLAY P ROJECT (ST199004) WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 14th day of May, 2019, which fixes a th date for the council hearing on the proposed improvement of the streets south of 36 Ave, east of and th including East Medicine Lake Blvd, west of State Highway 169, and north of 13 Ave, excluding South ththththth Shore Dr., 17 Ave, 24 Ave, Kilmer Lane between 24 Ave and 28 Ave, Pilgrim Lane between 26 Ave thththth and 28 Ave, Nathan Lane between 26 Ave and 28 Ave, Lancaster Lane immediately south of 28 Ave, thth 27 Ave adjacent to Kilmer Lane, 28 Ave between Pilgrim Lane and 275 feet east of Kilmer Lane, East ththth Medicine Lake Blvd from 700 north of 30 Ave to 250 feet south of 30 Ave, 30 Ave east of East nd Medicine Lake Blvd, 32 Ave from East Medicine Lake Blvd to 200 feet east of Saratoga Lane, Saratoga ndthth Lane 200 feet north of 32 Ave, and Wellington Lane and 35 Place south of 36 Ave. The streets west thth of Peony Lane, north of Old Rockford Road, east of Vagabond Lane, south of and including 48 Ave, 39 th Place west of County Road 101, Zircon Lane south of County Road 6, 12 Ave east of Ferndale Lane, th Ranchview Lane between 9 Ave and the City border with Minnetonka, Quantico Lane south of Gleason Lake Drive, Orchid Lane immediately north and south of Gleason Lake Drive, Xenium Lane between nd Rockford Road and Northwest Blvd, and 42 Place and Magnolia Place west of Magnolia Lane. Also th included are the streets immediately north of and including 18 Ave between West Medicine Lake Drive and State Highway 55 with the exception of Forestview Lane and Oakview Lane by mill and overlay of bituminous pavement, replacement of concrete curb and gutter, water repairs, sewer repairs, and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, a minimum of ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon the 25th day of June, 2019, at which all persons desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted June 25, 2019. 2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond or other identified sources for this project. APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of June, 2019.
