R ESOLUTION A PPROVING F INDINGS OF F ACT FOR AMENDING
TH
THE Z ONING O RDINANCE T EXT RELATED TO N ORTHWEST B USINESS C AMPUS 5
A DDITION PUD,2955 X ENIUM L ANE, 2800 C AMPUS D RIVE,
AND 2905 N ORTHWEST B OULEVARD (2019029)
WHEREAS, Elan Design Lab, Inc. has requested a PUD (planned unit development) amendment to
allow the reconfiguration of the parking lots and other related improvements for properties located at
2955 Xenium Lane, 2800 Campus Drive and 2905 Northwest Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows:

Lots 1-3, Block 1, Northwest Business Campus 5 Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance requires a text amendment for a PUD amendment;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and
recommends approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance amending the zoning ordinance text.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and does support and approve the request by Elan Design Lab, Inc. for a PUD
amendment and related zoning ordinance text amendment, based on the following findings:
1. The PUD amendment is consistent with the objectives of the City’s comprehensive plan and with the
industrial guiding of the site.
2. The PUD amendment would not affect the purposes or intent of the PUD, which was established to
provide for office/warehouse/manufacturing uses on the site.
