City Council Special Meeting
June 13, 2019
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. in the
Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on June 13, 2019.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Prom, Carroll, Davis, Willis, and
McGregor.
ABSENT: Councilmember Roehl.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Hokkanen,
Economic Development Manager Parr, Park and Recreation Director Evans, City Engineer
LaBounty, and Housing Manager Barnes.
Economic Development Workshop
The Council discussed a future draft economic development vision statement and economic
development principles.
Staff presented opportunity areas and plans to further study the site areas.
Adiournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
