Item:Plymouth Creek Center Renovation and Expansion
1. Action Requested:
Provide input and direction on the Plymouth Creek Center renovation and expansion.
2. Background:
On June 4, HGA provided a blocking/stacking design of the Plymouth Creek Center project. The
blocking/stacking design provided a rough draft of program space placeholders to achieve the big
picture necessary to determine a total square footage for renovation/expansion. Councilmembers
indicated that they liked the location of the program spaces on the site and the flow of the building.
Additionally, Councilmembers seemed to favor surface parking more than ramp parking due to cost
implications.
Following the direction received at the last meeting, HGA has transitioned out of the
blocking/stacking design process and is working on the building schematic design. At this meeting,
Council will have an opportunity to review a preliminary design that starts to show more detail
regarding; building square footage, program and storage spaces, and parking detail.

• Building operational cost estimates
• Financial information
All informational materials will be provided at the meeting.
