C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-149
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING C ONSTRUCTION A DMINISTRATION S ERVICES FOR THE
CSAH 9 / I-494 I NTERCHANGE P ROJECT (ST190003)
WHEREAS, the CSAH 9 / I-494 is listed in the 2019-2023 Capital Improvement
Program; and
WHEREAS, bids were received for the project and the City Engineer
recommends awarding the project; and
WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, Inc. was designated as the consulting engineer for
the preliminary engineering and for final design for this project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, Hennepin County, and MnDOT desire WSB &
Associates, Inc. to perform construction administration services as a continuation of
professional services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that WSB & Associates, Inc. is designated as the City’s
consulting engineer construction administration services for the CSAH 9 / I-494
Interchange final engineering in the amount of $824,279.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Agreement for Engineering Services is
approved and the City Attorney is authorized to make minor modifications to the
agreement, if necessary, and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the
Agreement for Engineering Services.
