R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-145
R ESOLUTION O RDERING I MPROVEMENT FOR THE
C ANDLELIGHT T ERRACE S TREET R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT (ST199001)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the March 12, 2018, which
fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of the streets east of
CSAH 101, south of 30th Avenue, west of Jewel Lane, and north of 25th Avenue
excluding 125 feet of 27th Avenue immediately west of Jewel Lane and 150 feet of Olive
Lane immediately north of 25th Avenue by reconstruction of streets with the installation
of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter installation, water main
replacement, storm sewer installation, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, a minimum ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice
of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon May 14, 2019, at which all
persons desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that:
1. Such improvement is ordered as proposed in the City Council resolution
adopted May 14, 2019.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond or other sources as
identified in the feasibility report.
