City Council Special Meeting
April 16, 2019
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. in the
Parkers Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on April 16, 2019.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Prom, Davis, Roehl, Carroll, and Willis.
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, and
City Clerk Engdahl.
Interviews for Ward 1 Council Seat
The Council conducted interviews with Kelly Anderson, Nagender Mahipathi, Alyssa
McGregor, Julie Tripp, and Heather Rivera for the Ward 1 Council seat. By unanimous consent,
the Council stated they would appoint Alyssa McGregor to the Ward 1 seat at the April 23
regular Council meeting.
Future Study Sessions
The Council scheduled the following study sessions:
• June I 1 at 5 p.m.: Preliminary budget discussion
• June 25 at 5:30 p.m.: Snow/ice removal policy
• August 20 at 5:30 p.m.: Budget/CIP
• August 27 at 5:30 p.m.: Budget/CIP
• September 3 at 5:30 p.m.: Budget/CIP (if needed)
• November 12 at 5:30 p.m.: Budget/CIP (if needed)
In addition, the Council cancelled the July 9 regular Council meeting.
Adiournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 8:20 p.m.
