City Council Special Meeting
April 11, 2019
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. in the
Parkers Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on April 11, 2019.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Prom, Davis, Roehl, Carroll, and Willis.
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister and Administrative Services Director Hokkanen.
At Large Vacancy on Park and Recreation Advisory Commission
Motion was made by Councilmember Prom and seconded by Councilmember Willis, to adopt a
Resolution Appointing Ann Hoekstra to the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission for a
term to expire January 31, 2021 (Res2019-103). Motion carried.
Alternate Director Vacancy on Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission
Motion was made by Councilmember Prom and seconded by Councilmember Willis, to adopt a
Resolution Appointing Catherine Cesnik to the Bassett Creek Watershed Management
Commission for a term to expire January 31, 2020 (Res2019-104). Motion carried.
Ward 1 Applications
The Council reviewed the applications submitted for the Ward 1 Council seat and selected the
following finalists to interview on April 16:
• Kelly Anderson
• Nagender Mahipathi
• Alyssa McGregor
• Julie Tripp
• Heather Rivera
Adiournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:35 p.m.
