City Council Special Meeting
April 9, 2019
Deputy Mayor Carroll called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00
p.m. in the Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on April 9, 2019.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Carroll, Councilmembers Prom, Davis, Roehl, and Willis.
ABSENT: Mayor Wosje.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, Creek
Center Manager Fleck, Recreation Manager Hemp, City Engineer LaBounty, Public Works
Director Thompson, Community Development Director Juetten, Recreation Supervisor Koch,
Deputy Parks and Recreation Director Northway, Parks and Recreation Director Northway, and
City Clerk Engdahl.
Architectural Firm Interviews for the Plymouth Creek Center Project
The Council interviewed the firms of HGA, BKV Group, and TKDA for the Plymouth Creek
Center project. Selection of the architect would occur this evening on the regular Council
meeting agenda.
Adiournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:57 p.m.
