R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O N-S ALE I NTOXICATING L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATION WITH S UNDAY S ALES OF O YAMA MN I NC. D/B/A
O YAMA, 4130 B ERKSHIRE L ANE N ORTH, U NIT D
WHEREAS, Oyama MN Inc. d/b/a Oyama, 4130 Berkshire lane North, Unit D has submitted
application for On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License with Sunday Sales for a restaurant located at 4130
Berkshire Lane North, Unit D; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License application with Sunday Sales of Oyama MN
Inc. d/b/a Oyama, 4130 Berkshire Lane North, Unit D is approved for a license period that will expire
January 31, 2020.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving all documentation
as required in the liquor license application.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of April, 2019.
