R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-115
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W ATER T REATMENT C HEMICAL P RICES FOR 2019-2020
WHEREAS, the City Council has given budget approval for the purchase of water treatment chemicals for
2019-2020; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened bids on April 4,
2019; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the bids submitted by Hawkins, Inc. of Roseville, MN and DPC Industries, Inc. of Rosemount,
MN are accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funding shall be from the Water Fund in 2019 ($300,000.00) and an
additional allocation for 2020 ($300,000.00 or as identified in the approved 2020 adopted budget).
