R ESOLUTION A PPROVING H OT M IX A SPHALT P RICES FOR 2019
WHEREAS, the City Council has given budget approval for the purchase of hot mix asphalt materials for
2019; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened bids on April 4,
2019; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the bids from Tiller Corporation, dba Commercial Asphalt Company, of Maple Grove, MN and
C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc., of Maple Grove, MN are accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funding shall be from the General Fund (Streets) ($100,000), General
Fund (Parks and Forestry) ($93,000), Water Resources Fund ($15,000), and Street Reconstruction Fund
(1,783,600).
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of April 2019.
