R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-112
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING E XCEPTION FROM S ECTION 2005.13 OF THE
C ITY C ODE ALLOWING L IQUOR S ALES AND C ONSUMPTION AT THE
H ILDE P ERFORMANCE C ENTER ON A UGUST 17, 2019
WHEREAS, per Section 2005.13., Subd. C of the City Code, possession, sale, or consumption of liquor
at the Hilde Performance Center is prohibited unless authorized by Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, a major event is planned at the Hilde Performance Center on August 17, 2019 where
liquor sales and consumption are desired.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the exception from Section 2005.13, Subd. C of the City Code is approved for an event to
be held on August 17, 2019.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of April, 2019.
