R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-109
R ESOLUTION A PPOINTING W ARD 1 C OUNCIL M EMBER
WHEREAS, Councilmember Judy Johnson resigned from the Ward 1 seat effective March 6, 2019.
Johnson’s term was slated to expire on December 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions in the City Charter to fill Council vacancies, the Council solicited
applications from eligible Ward 1 residents and conducted interviews at their Special Meeting on April 16.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Alyssa McGregor is appointed to the Ward 1 Council Seat for a term to expire
December 31, 2020.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of April, 2019.
