R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-108
R ESOLUTION A CCEPTING D ONATION OF A B ALLISTIC S HIELD
FROM THE P LYMOUTH C RIME AND F IRE P REVENTION F UND
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department is in need a ballistic shield; and
WHEREAS, this equipment will be utilized during tactical emergencies; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund is making a donation to the Public
Safety Department in the amount of $3,009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the donation from the Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund in the amount of
$3,009 for the purchase of a ballistic shield is accepted.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of April, 2019.
