R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-107
R ESOLUTION A CCEPTING D ONATION OF A B ALLISTIC S HIELD
FROM THE P LYMOUTH L IONS C LUB
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department is in need of a ballistic shield; and
WHEREAS, this equipment will be utilized during tactical emergencies; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Lions Club is making a donation to the Public Safety
Department in the amount of $3,009 towards the purchase of one ballistic shield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the donation from the Plymouth Lions Club in the
amount of $3,009 for the purchase of a ballistic shield is accepted.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of April, 2019.
