R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-078
R ESOLUTION O RDERING P RELIMINARY E NGINEERING R EPORT FOR THE
C ANDLELIGHT T ERRACE S TREET R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT (ST199001)
WHEREAS, the 2019-2023 Capital Improvement Program made
recommendations for the Candlelight Terrace Street Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to
determine the work required the street recommended to be considered for the Candlelight
Terrace Street Reconstruction Project (ST199001); and
WHEREAS, the streets east of CSAH 101, south of 30th Avenue, west of Jewel
Lane, and north of 25th Avenue excluding 125 feet of 27th Avenue immediately west of
Jewel Lane and 150 feet of Olive Lane immediately north of 25th Avenue is the
recommended project area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is instructed to prepare a Preliminary
Engineering Report with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary
way, as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
