R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-058
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A R EFUSE H AULER L ICENSE
L E P AGE AND S ON
WHEREAS, an application for a Refuse Hauler License has been received from Le Page and Son;
and
WHEREAS, issuance of the license is contingent upon the required fees, application, certificate
of insurance, surety bond, and other required documentation being provided to the City and approved
by City staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Refuse Hauler License for the period April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2019, for Le
Page and Son, is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of March, 2019.
