R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-042
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING “N O P ARKING”
CSAH 9 / I-494 I NTERCHANGE P ROJECT (ST190003)
WHEREAS, County Road 9 (Rockford Road), from Annapolis Lane North to Vinewood Lane North, is
a County roadway which currently does not accommodate parking and this segment is proposed for
improvements as part of Project ST190003 which requires an official resolution memorializing the
restriction of parking; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the recommended “No Parking” along this segment of
roadway is appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that installation of “No Parking” signs on County Road 9 (Rockford Road), from Annapolis
Lane North to Vinewood Lane North is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of February, 2019.
