R ESOLUTION S UPPORTING THE A PPLICATION
TO A CCESS 2018 S TATE C APITAL B UDGET (B OND) F UNDS
FOR THE T RUNK H IGHWAY 494 AT CSAH 9 I NTERCHANGE P ROJECT
(ST190003)
WHEREAS, $4,860,000, in State GO Bond funds are available to the City of
Plymouth under the Local Road Improvement Fund Grants approved by Laws 2018,
Chapter 214, Section 16, Subdivision 12 to fund $4,860,000 of the total project cost for
the design, right-of-way acquisition, construction engineering, and construction of project
improvements; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA (“City”) as follows:
1) The City will utilize the $4,860,000 State GO Bond funds for the design, right-
of-way acquisition, construction engineering, and construction to construct
the Project.
2) The City will commit Municipal State Aid Street funds or local Street
Reconstruction funds to ensure that the total project funding is available to
complete the Project. Estimated current project funding sources to be
committed for completion of the Project is as follows:
Trunk Highway Bonds (per MnDOT Agreement No. 1033138) $

City of Plymouth MSA Funds/Local Funds $

3) The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute agreements and
amendments to agreements with the State of Minnesota necessary to access
the State funds.
