R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W INE AND O N-S ALE 3.2 P ERCENT M ALT
L IQUOR L ICENSE A PPLICATIONS OF A KIRSA P IZZA C OMPANY
D/B/A F IRENZA P IZZA, 3225 V ICKSBURG L ANE N ORTH, S UITE A
WHEREAS, Akirsa Pizza Company d/b/a Firenza Pizza, has submitted applications for Wine and
On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor Licenses for a restaurant located at 3225 Vicksburg Lane North, Suite A;
and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Wine and On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License applications of Akirsa Pizza
Company d/b/a Firenza Pizza, at 3225 Vicksburg Lane North, Suite A, are approved for a license period of
March 1, 2019 through January 31, 2020.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving all documentation
as required in the liquor license applications.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of February, 2019.
