R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING P AYMENT FOR
2019 M EMBERSHIP D UES
B ASSETT C REEK W ATERSHED M ANAGEMENT O RGANIZATION
E LM C REEK W ATERSHED M ANAGEMENT O RGANIZATION
S HINGLE C REEK W ATERSHED M ANAGEMENT O RGANIZATION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is party to a joint powers agreement with the Bassett Creek, Elm
Creek, and Shingle Creek Watershed Management Organizations; and
WHEREAS, the watershed organizations membership dues were included in the 2019
Budget as approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, financing will come from the Water Resources Fund in the amount of
$237,986.00 for the Bassett Creek Watershed, $23,067.92 for the Elm Creek Watershed, and
$58,136.75 for the Shingle Creek Watershed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council authorizes payment of membership dues for the Bassett Creek, Elm Creek,
and Shingle Creek Watersheds totaling $319,190.67.
2. Funding shall be from the Water Resources Fund.
