R ESOLUTION A PPROVING C HANGE O RDER AND F INAL P AYMENT FOR I CE S YSTEM
I MPROVEMENTS AT THE P LYMOUTH I CE C ENTER (IC150001)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as owner, Commercial Refrigeration Systems, Inc., as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for ice systems improvement project (IC150001) at the
Plymouth Ice Center, and said agreement was approved by the City Council on January 24, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the following change orders were issued as part of the project and both City
staff and the consultant have certified and accepted the work; and

3 Ductwork relocation $33,073.37
4 Rink C controls connection $56,374.00
5 Rink C pumps $44,940.00

TOTAL $145,852.83
WHEREAS, with change order adjustments and final payment ($5,265.65), Commercial
Refrigeration Systems, Inc. cumulative payment totals $1,904,640.83. The overall project cost is
$2,043,972.94 which is $73,694.06 under budget; and
WHEREAS, the final funding sources for the project are listed below.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the final payment for ice systems improvement project (IC150001) at the Plymouth
Ice Center, to Commercial Refrigeration Systems, Inc. in the amount $5,265.65 (cumulative payments
totaling $1,904,640.83) is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of February, 2019.
