City Council Special Meeting
January 22, 2019
Deputy Mayor Carroll called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 6:00
p.m. in the Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on January 22, 2019.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Carroll, Councilmembers Prom, Johnson, Davis, Roehl,
and Willis.
ABSENT: Mayor Wosje.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Fire Chief Coppa, Public Safety Director Goldstein,
Human Resources Manager Kone, Parks and Recreation Director Evans, City Attorney Knutson,
and City Clerk Engdahl.
Closed Session
The Council went into closed session to discuss labor negotiations. Deputy Mayor Carroll
adjourned the closed session at 6:53 p.m.
Future Study Sessions
No study sessions were scheduled, but the Council requested staff prepare a report/memorandum
for informational purposes on 5G cell systems.
Adiournment
Deputy Mayor Carroll adjourned the meeting at :57 p.m.
