Pursuant to due call and notice-thereof, a regular f/s►pNd{t

meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Mi ne-
sots was held on the 18th day of December 1972. The
following members were _present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth and. Seibold- The following members
were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-533
WHEREAS, a list of 1973 Cigarette License renewals has been presented to
the Council for approval,

K' , THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the attached list of 1973 Cigarette License renewals
(see EXHIBIT A) Is hereby approved for a period of one year commencing on
January 1 1973.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duty seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Manor
Hiade, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
