HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-532VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH i Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of i December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen R Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following members were absent: Councilman Neils Councilman Spaeth introd°acei the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-532 WHEREAS, the Village Manager has recommended new rates of pay for key Village department heads, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following compensation rates are hereby establish- ed for the positions indicated, effective on the first day of the pay period closest to January 1, 1973, and subject to the provisions of the Village Personnel Policy: Police Chief - $18,500 Director of Planning and Community Development - 19,950 Director of Public Works - Village Engineer - 23,400 Finance Director - 24,200 The compensation plan shall be renewed annually, revised as needed, and amend- ments shall be effective when proposed by the Manager and adopted by the Coun- cil. The annual review of the compensation plan shall include an examination of such survey rates concerning similar positions as may be available, as well as change in the Consumers Price Index for the Twin City area. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being take -a thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de- clared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESO COUNTY OF HENNEPINTA SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH !
