HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-529VILLAGF OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and retice tt-�reof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Sei!31d. The following members were absent: Councilman Neils Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution ,and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-529 WHEREAS, the Village Manager has recommended new rates of pay for members of the Plymouth Fire Department, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE ` VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following rates of pay be established for the Plymouth Fire Department commencing January 1, 1973: PUBLIC SAFETY - FIRE - RATES GRADE HOURLY MONTHLY F1 $4.25 --- F2 4.50 --- F3 4.75 --- F4 5.00 --- F5 ---- $200 F6 ---- 235 F7 ---- 550 GRADE ASSIGNMENTS POSITION CLASSIFICATION GRADE Firefighter_ F1 Fire Lieutenant. F-2 Fire Captain "�3 Fire Marshall F4 ! District Fire Chief Fa i' Assistant Fire Chief F6 f Fire Chief F7 The compensation plan shall be renewed annually, revised as needed, and amend- .!ments shall be effective when proposed by the Manager and adopted by the Coun- cil. The annual review of the compcnsatior plan shall include an examination of such survey rates concerning similar positions as may be available, as well as change in the Consumers Price index for the Twin City area. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de- clared duly passed and adopted. i f i! { STATE 0r MINNESOTA ) i COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS.
