Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular f/APACAAA
meeting of the Village Council of the Village cr Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 18th day of December , 1972. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth and Seibold The following members
were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Hunt Introduced the following Reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-527
WHEREAS, Plat 44600, Parcel 6625, was assessed for street restoration as
la part of the Parkers Lake Sewer and Water project by Levy No. 5327, and
WHEREAS, no street exists abutting these lots,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the assessment levied against Plat 44600, Parcel 6625.
1by Levy No. 5327. be reduced by $3,236.00 to $6,739.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth and Seibold The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

and complete transcript therefrom.
