HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-526VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to die call and notice thereof, a regular AlAAA M meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne- sota was held on the 18th day of December , 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, _ Spaeth and Seibold The following members were absent: Councilman Neils Councilman Seibold introduced the following Reso- lution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-526 WHEREAS, the Village has advertised for the installation of Civil Defense Siren #3, and WHEREAS, bids were opened on December 4, 1972 at 10:00 a.m. and tabulated, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Civil Defense Siren #3 bid award be granted .to Electric Service Company, 1609 Chicago Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the amount of $4,224.00. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) :, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular �Ho4ifil meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on December 18 ,p 72 , with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a Tull, true and complete transcript therefrom.
