HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-525VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular AlAAAAAAA meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne- sota was held on the 18th day of December , 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The following members were absent: Councilman Neils Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Reso- lution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-525 WHEREAS, the below described parcels were assessed for sanitary sewer jservice as part of the 1966 sanitary sewer project by Levy #3677, and WHEREAS, these parcels were again assessed for sanitary sewer service as part of the 26th Avenue to Medicine Lake sewer project by Levy #5329, which assessments result in double assessments for the same sewer service. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the sanitary sewer assessments levied with respect to the following parcels as part of Levy #5329 be an'. the same are hereby abated: Plat Parcel 44120 1510 - $1,313.00 1700 - 656.60 1800 - 656.60 1900 - 656.60 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular f1JpV9JJJ meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on December 18 , 19 72 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a ull, true and complete transcript therefrom.
