Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular //#lf�ti4T
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 18th day of December , 1972. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde- Councilmen Hunt.
Spaeth and Seibold The following members
were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTIO" NO. 72-522
WHEREAS, construction on the West Medicine Lake Water and Sewer Project
#126 has been completed except for a minor amount of cleanup, and
WHEREAS, Request for Payment #14 and Semi -Final has been prepared by
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended by
the Village Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the staff is authorized to make payment on'Request
for Payment #14 and Semi -Final on the West Medicine Lake Water and Sewer Project
#126 in the amount of $101,437.66 to Austin P. Keller Constructionny.
$7,000.00 retainage will be held until the minor cleanup has been cued and
approved by the V11.1age Engineer. Upon this acceptance by the Village Engineer,
Payment #15 and Final in the amount of $7,000.00 will be made.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen—Hunt. Saaeth and Seibold The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

and complete transcript therefrom.
