Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular J19$0 91TAI
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 18th day of
December , 1972. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth and Seibold The following members
were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-521
WHEREAS, Change Order #3 and Change Order #4 have been prepared and sub-
mitted for providing rock required for roadway maintenance during the con-
struction of sewer and water on 28th Avenue East of West Medicine Lake Boulevard
and for miscellaneous field changes made on the project, and
WHEREAS, the Village staff recommends the approval of Change Order #3 and
Change Order #4,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Change Order #3 in the amount of $13,895.18 and Change
Order #4 intthe amount of $2,513.07 to the West Medicine Lake Water and Sewer
Project #126 to Austin P. Keller Construction Company is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
