HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-520VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ;Ii4iilil meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne- sota was held on the 18th day of December , 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The following members were absent: Councilman Neils Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Reso- lution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-520 WHEREAS, Floyd B. Olson, 16521 28th Avenue North, has requested a con- solidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment correc- tions based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: PLAT PARCELS LOTS BLOCK ADDITION 44020 050 1 1 Elmhurst 100 2 150 3 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde.
