Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular f/APj1jt/4l
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne
sota was held on the 18th day of December , 1972. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth and Seibold The following members
were absent:- Councilman Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-517
WHEREAS, Mrs. Raymond Pacyga has requested a Conditional Use Permit to
operate a beauty salon in her residence at 805 Lanewood Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recom-
mended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Conditional Use Permit for Mrs. Raymond Pacyga to
operate a beauty salon home occupation in her residence at 805 Lanewood Lane
be approved for one (1) year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold . and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

with the original thereof on file in my office. and the same is a Tull, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
