Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular iliAhkAd1
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 18th day of

Spaeth, and Seibold The following members
were absent: Councilman Neils

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-516
WHEREAS, Lorraine H. Beam has requested a Conditional Use Permit to
operate a dog grooming home occupation within her residence at 11624 Highway
55, and
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Conditional Use Permit for Lorraine H. Beam to
operate a dog grooming home occupation in her residence at 11624 Highway 55
be approved for one (1) year subject to the following conditions:
1. That there be no part-time of full-time employees
2. That the advertising sign in the front of the property be removed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on December 18 , 19 72 ,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a ull, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
