HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-515VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular f/fPFf)P1 meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne- sota was held on the 18th day of December , 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The following members were absent: Councilman Neils t*� Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Reso- lution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-515 WHEREAS, James W. Bjorgan, 12135 County Road 9, petitioned the Board of Zoning Adjustment for a sideline variance ineaccordance with Section 17, Sub- division 5 of the Village Code, and WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustment denied the petition for the vari- ance, and WHEREAS, James W. Bjorgan ap?ealed this decision to the Village Council, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that James W. Bjorgan, 12135 County Road 9, be granted a variance of eleven (11) feet of the required fifteen (15) feet side line on the West side of his property. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken therecn, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde_ Councilman Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. f�f STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN )) SS.
