Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of
December, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
,adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-514
WHEREAS, all construction on Southeast Water Part B Project No. 119 has

been completed, and
WHEREAS, Request for Payment #9 and Final has been prepared by Bonestroo,
IRosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and the Final Payment is recommended by
jthe Village Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
iVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the staff is authorized to make payment on'Request
1#9 and Final on Southeast Water Part B Project No. 119 in the amount of
1$68,913.34 to Peter Lametti Construction Company.
