Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
' ,,the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hal

;'',present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.

uThe following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved;
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-512
RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE
VILLAGE ELECTION RESULTS
OF DECEMBER 5, 1972
WHEREAS, a Village Election was held on the 5th day of December, 1972,
in the Village of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS. this Council has canvassed the returns of said election along
with all other pertinent data relative to this election,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTH that the results of the Village Election for the one
vacant Council seat are hereby certified as follows:
John M. Spaeth . . . . . . . 414
-Timothy Bunn . . . . . . . . 275
.Gerard Knight . . . . . . . 96
and declared John M. Spaeth as the successful candidate for Councilman for a
three year term on,the-Village Councilcommencing January 1, 1973.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken there
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth. Neil -sand Seibold. The following voted against or
abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
