( VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 4th day of December, 1972. The following members were pre-
sent: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-511
WHEREAS. the inspection of public improvement p.)jects is vitally impor-
tant to the health, safety and welfare of the general public.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following policies with respect to inspecting and
approving public improvement projects whether done by the Village or private
1parties are hereby adopted:
j 1. The inspection reports of the inspectors are to be directed to the
I�Village Engineer and/or Village Manager and not to any other party.
2. The Village Enginear and/nr Village Manager shall have the responsi-
bility of conve.',9 the ir.spection reports to any other interested
party.
E 3. Project construction may be approved only by the Village Engineer
j and/or Village Manager following receipt of all pertinent inspection
reports.

4. Construction inspectors shall be required to be present during the
time any and all performance tests are taken on public improvement
i projects.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken there
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or
abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

i I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Counci
of said Village held on December 4, 1972 with the original thereof on file in
any office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
